These are the contract prices per person per night including all local fees and other services (eg parking etc.). We are not VAT payers

The price list refers to the accommodation in single rooms Radhošť, Noříčí and Ondřejník. Same prices are valid for the apartment Javorník if there are here accommodated 6 - 10 people (including children). For smaller number of persons than 6 we charge extra fee of 100 CZK per person per night for unoccupied beds.

If you want to reserve the full capacity of the cottage - the total number of 23 beds, you could have this capacity if you pay at least for 18 persons. In the case of payment for 18 people, the actual number of persons could be less and all lodging rooms are at your disposal.

During the summer holidays - July and August - the whole weeks accommodations "Saturday - Saturday" are preferred.

Your booking will be confirmed provisionally by an e-mail or phone and we will inform you whether your chosen dates are free or already occupied.

A deposit equal to 20% of the price of accommodation provided (according to current price list) on the bank account mentioned in contacts makes the reservation and the reservation confirmation. As a variable symbol in the payment run the accommodation date or other distinctive signs could be used. The deposit is deducted from your settlement at your arrival. The accommodation starts at 14.00 clock of the arrival day and ends at 10.00 clock in the departure day.

If you wish to cancel for any reason your reservation, we will transfer to your account:

• 20% of the price of accommodation provided: Cancellations at least 21 days before the arrival day.
• 10% of the price of accommodation provided: Cancellations within 14 days before the arrival day.
• 0% of the price of accommodation provided: Cancellations in the last 14 days before the arrival day or if you do not communicate.
